At Yardstick Coffee, we strive for the perfect brew every time; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we only accept returns on defective equipment or incorrect orders within 7 days of receipt.
Initiate Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item you wish to return or exchange.
Verification
Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure the item is in its original packaging and meets our return criteria.
Ship the Item
Once approved, securely pack your items and ship them back to our main roastery; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged.
Refund or Replacement
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement coffee gear immediately.
